Light spectrum
The EVO series offers an advanced power output of over 3 µmol/J at module level, and particular attention was paid to zone and time output during development. The spectrum has been optimized in numerous tests with different types of vegetation. The resulting broadband light spectrum extends beyond the conventional PAR range and provides a far-red-to-red ratio that positively influences photo-morphogenesis, and consequently crop quality and quantity.
Secondary optics
When the EVO series was developed, the secondary optics for protection and orientation were optimized to the luminaire's dimensions. The result is exceptionally even illumination with superior light intensity (PPFD). The asymmetrical secondary optics also reduce photon losses to the plants and protect the LEDs from the environmental influences to which the luminaire is exposed during plant cultivation. Water and chemicals will not penetrate the LED. This means no oxidation. The optics are easy to clean. Thanks to these two factors (protection and cleaning), you're guaranteed constant luminous flux for many years to come.

EVO 5-150 1.5 will be perfect for growing areas up to 150 cm deep. It's best to use two luminaires for a 1.5 × 1.5 m grow box to obtain the optimum light intensity. Even if you use two luminaires, you'll still have plenty of room to install ventilation in the center of the grow room.
